MUAY THAI KCET DOCUMENTARY

Known as the "art of eight limbs," Muay Thai engages fists, knees and so much more. The fighting sport originated in Thailand, where it's immensely popular and has gained momentum across the globe for its melding of martial arts and boxing moves. But, Muay Thai isn't traditionally a sport in which women can participate. In this short directed by Guangli Zhu, Jackielou Butan, a young, female fighter, challenges this tradition and pursues her dream. "People will comment, 'Oh, she's good, for a girl,'" Butan tells, adding, "For my opinion, you're good no matter what. It doesn't matter if you're a female or a male."

ALGONQUIN NATIONAL PARK CANOE TRIP

I made this video, on my last trip to Algonquin Park, Canada. I rented a Canoe one afternoon and had the opportunity to view several animals and awesome flora. I recommend going to this National Park, to connect with oneself in the woods. The park has strict regulations so that the impact of humans is the least harmful for the species living here. More National Parks, should follow these rules so that we avoid harming animals and their environment. Never throw garbage to the forest, always keep with you all of your waste, respect animals, do not feed wild animals, make sure to put off fires correctly, do not take domestic animals and by no means have them without a leash and always respect the environment.
